Important Notes ...
Admission passes must be worn/shown at all times, (includes Dancer’s
Pass) to gain entry to the dance venues (Carson Hall and Upper
Pavilion outside).
A food/beverage concession will be on site in the “Registration Area”
LEVEL 1 during the following times:
July 3rd & 5th : 9am-3pm
July 4th & 6th: 10am-2pm
No coolers will be permitted on site.
All competitors
must show their SOBHD Registrations Card upon request.
Dancers are asked to please use the change areas provided, no garment
bags in the hallways or inside the dancing venues.
Teachers will receive a Teacher’s Pass at registration to allow access
to the marshalling areas. Also, teachers/judges/ will receive an
admission ticket at registration for the Teachers’/Judges’ reception
at the Royal Theatre July 2nd 9 pm- midnight.
Provincial Dancer Representatives:
Opening Ceremonies July 2nd – All representatives must be
at the Royal Theatre for rehearsal from 3pm–4pm. Please assemble at
the Royal Theatre at 5:30 pm for the Opening Ceremonies, in full
highland dress wearing your provincial sashes; provincial banner to be
brought as well.
Banquet July 4th – All representatives please assemble in
the Lower Pavilion (vendor area) at 6:30pm, wearing your provincial
sashes.
