Vendor Information

There will be limited space for vendors
in the outside Courtyard area adjacent to the Victoria Conference
Centre. Best locations will be assigned on a ‘first come, first served’
basis.

All vendors will be listed in the 5 day
Official Souvenir Programme.

Vendors must submit the
Vendor Application Form
and upon approval from ScotDance B.C., a contract will be mailed to the
vendor.

ScotDance BC will only reserve space
for vendors who have submitted a signed contract and payment has been
received in full.
-
Vendors must present insurance
documents showing General Liability Insurance and Tenant Legal Liability
Insurance.

Note: Wednesday July 2nd
is registration day. Vendors may be open for business this day until
approximately 4:00 pm when registration closes.
Security will be provided by the
Victoria Conference Centre during non-business hours.
